The service was all in all great! Units with amazing views of the mountains.

Easy check-in, parking in basement. The rooms with a balcony, nice furniture, air hockey. Excellent, efficient staff towards all guests. Central location, not too far away from Policeman's Creek Boardwalk.

The pool with the water slide was a hit with my son, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Just a heads-up, the access codes for doors were a bit cumbersome, but it was all worth it for the great amenities 😊

The suite that we stayed in was very comfortable and roomy. Fully equiped kitchen and lots of linen and towels. The suite also has a washer and dryer. Two couples or a family of four could stay in this room in comfort. Close to the national parks and near downtown area of Canmore. The underground parking is a big plus if you are there for a winter ski trip.

It would have been nice if we had daily maid service.

The staff we met was pleasant and accommodating.

We had a great time! The jacuzzi in our suite was perfect after a long day of hiking, and the spacious layout allowed us to relax comfortably. The pool next door was awesome after a long trip.

Each day we toured the local area, admiring the scenery.

The second bedroom could have been designed to be a bit bigger. It needed more drawer space. As my friends needed to use their suitcases for storage of their clothes.

We were impressed at the price...it was cheaper than most hotels in the area. The kitchen was nice to have.

We didn't like that we had to clean up atfer ourselves...The maid service was noexsistant and you are charged if you want maids to do anymore than empty your trash daily. The suites needed a good cleaning. The main stuff was clean but thingd like the air returns and fireplace had big clumps of dust/dirt on them.

The Two-Bedroom Suite with Balcony offered a fantastic and spacious layout, perfect for a family with children. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the kids loved the water slide and indoor/outdoor hot tub. A hidden gem was the outdoor gas fire pit area with a great spot for evening relaxation. The rec room could use some updates, and while the staff was friendly, the check-in process felt somewhat disorganized. This place is a solid choice for family enjoyment.

Nice stay, we enjoyed having 2 bathrooms, laundy in the suite and a bbque to use while we were there. Nice and close to downtown, but surprisingly far enough from the highway so that the noise wasn't a problem.

the sofa bed has an awful matress and the swimming pool in the other hotel was not very conveinent

Great access to downtown and friendly staff. Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable.

It was more like a home. I had the option to cook food if necessary. This hotel is ideal for a big family who want to stay together in the same house for a vacation.
